9am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside office hours, you can leave a message on our answerphone, and we will reply to you promptly on our return.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to mainland UK.
We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. If the address attached to your order contains a PO Box, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you for an updated address. If we do not hear back within seven days from the original order date, we will
cancel your order.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are made and ship from the UK with imported materials.
Where does free shipping apply to?
Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping and handling within mainland United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
